Return/Refund

will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number for each item that needs to be returned. We do
not allow returns without first requesting a RMA number.
Items should
be returned with original packages.
Defective
products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA
issuing date. Otherwise, NO replacement will be made.
